Neutrogena, Day One
The presenting sponsor's Sun Block Party and open model casting at Strawberry Moon. Product-forward, shot and cut for the brand's own channels.
One month. One mandate: sell tickets. A season that closed 61% above the client's goal, and the films that did it.
Miami Swim Week: The Shows is where the global swimwear and resort industry convenes. The 2026 edition ran more than 50 runway presentations, over 150 models and more than 20 activations across ten venues.
New World Visions was engaged as content and media partner for the season with a single commercial objective: drive ticket sales.
Ten service lines. The load-bearing ones: paid media, a purpose-built ticket funnel, email and SMS infrastructure, recap content production, on-site production direction of the client's own crew, and performance reporting.
Compensation was a base fee plus a performance milestone triggered by ticket revenue, so part of the upside was contingent on the commercial result and not on delivery alone.
A single video concept produced 74 of the 80 tracked purchases on 71% of the budget. The nearest competing concept cost five times more per purchase, and three concepts produced nothing at all.
The same distribution appeared independently on an unrelated NWV account in a different category. Winning creative is found, not planned, so the system that finds it fast is the asset.
Delivery was interrupted repeatedly by a client-side billing failure, which meant ticket sales could be read directly against the days advertising was live and the days it was dark. The difference was pronounced.
That is the test advertisers pay to construct deliberately, and it indicates the measured contribution understates the real one.
Every cut below was shot, edited and delivered during the week itself. The contracted service level was 24 hours. The fastest of these landed the same night the activation wrapped.
Ten delivered cuts. Every named one serves a sponsor or partner activation rather than a runway recap, which is the shape of what the engagement actually produced: a sponsor-retention content library on top of a ticket campaign.
The commercial engine was not the media buy. It was turnaround.
Footage shot at an activation was exported, edited and posted while the event was still running, so the week sold itself in real time to an audience watching it unfold, rather than to readers of a recap published a fortnight later.
Paid media ran underneath that as amplification. Organic reach across the client's channels carried the majority of the audience.
Three structural advantages, not three heroic ones. That is why it repeats.

A multi-camera crew covered six days across ten venues, directing the client's own volunteer photographers and videographers alongside it, under a strict female-crew-only policy for backstage changing areas. A drone flew the Monday pool party and a numbered 68-frame stills set was delivered the same night. All four runway nights were shot into per-night structures, with Sunday capture running past 1am. A separate wellness lane shot Thursday in raw plus JPEG, and a VHS and analog lane ran in parallel for texture and archive.
More than fifty brand partners, catalogued and worked against. That stack did three jobs: the funnel's credibility layer, the co-branding rules inside the creative system, and the commercial argument that lifted the advertising spend ceiling.
Neutrogena, Chella, Raw Skin Ceuticals, Viking Beauty Secrets, Auratherapy, Axel Makeup, M2Skin, Liquid Youth, Skaura, Seis Cosmetics
Bacardi with Grey Goose and Patron, Amazon, Grubhub with Nami Nori, the Coca-Cola portfolio, Lifeway, Birds of Paradise, Mocktail Club, Social Sparkling Wine

The contract priced bespoke sponsor content at $2,500 per asset as an add-on against that stack. The line was never activated.
The same engine, run at New York Fashion Week. Art Hearts Fashion: every designer on the schedule, every show film shot and cut, all delivered inside the same week.
We approached the Twitch streamer Braeden through his management and secured his attendance for the week. He walked the runway and streamed the event live to his own audience, concurrents peaking around 10,000, several multiples above his channel baseline.
That is audience acquisition, not a content deliverable. A live stream carries a viewer from watching the event to buying a ticket to it inside the same session. Talent booking sat outside our contracted scope, so it was sourced and delivered unbilled.
Kodak Black and Kristin Cavallari at The Shows, both independently documented by OK! Magazine. Lemuel "Lemmy" Plummer, founder and chief executive of the Zeus Network, with Scotlynd "Scotty" Ryan. Jenn Trann backstage with SOJOS and Lexi Wood at Belletage, both via E! Online.
The organiser's published media report records 87 placements, 1.3 billion plus combined reach and $3.1 million in earned media value.

The contract permitted us to engage the event's participating designers directly, with the organiser taking no share. We productised that access as a Brand Story engagement and converted three inside the week, against a roster of 54.
A $5,500 list-price engagement. Pre-event: a strategy call with mood board, then a brief at T-10 carrying a three-act narrative, a custom shot list and a designer interview set supplied in advance so the designer can prepare.
Show day: videographer, photographer, creative director and producer on site, with a dedicated editor working off location, and female crew backstage per event policy.
Ten finished vertical reels. Fifty edited photographs. Access to the official runway camera footage cut into the deliverables. Raw selects. Full commercial rights in perpetuity on payment.
Broadcast-spec 4K masters were cut for two of the three. A fourth designer relationship stayed live through August off the same week's footage.
The number is small. The structure is not. One event mandate generates a warm, pre-qualified pipeline of fifty-plus brands who have just watched us produce their show. The cost of access is already paid for by the primary contract, so every designer conversion is incremental margin on work we are already on site to do.
A one-month engagement, executed on 5 May for an event opening on 25 May, in which we:
Built and shipped a complete ticketing and conversion funnel in 72 hours, including engineered checkout performance and full-funnel attribution
Engineered around a platform-imposed spend ceiling that would otherwise have capped the client's revenue outcome
Produced roughly 120 static assets and a fifteen-slot video campaign through tooling we wrote ourselves
Audited our own plan adversarially before spending, and corrected eleven defects
Ran a six-day multi-camera production across ten venues and more than twenty activations, turning finished content around inside 24 hours and at the fastest the same night
Sourced a creator booking through management, outside our own contracted scope, and routed a live concurrent audience peaking near 10,000 into the event
Sold and delivered a second, separately contracted revenue line inside the same week
Delivered a season that closed 61% above the client's goal, with media returning more than 15x
Ticket revenue, the client goal and the contractual threshold are as reconciled with the event organiser following the 1 June measurement date. Attendance, social views, press placements, combined reach and earned media value are the event organiser's own published 2026 figures. Return on media is stated as event ticket revenue over total media spend, computed against the contractual spend cap so that the figure quoted is a floor rather than an estimate; it is not a platform-attributed figure. Campaign-level purchase distribution is from the advertising account record. Production dates, crew, deliverables and turnaround are from our own delivery records and file timestamps. The creator booking, its terms and the live concurrent viewership are from our own account of the activation we sourced. Celebrity attendance is from our on-site capture, corroborated for named individuals by OK! Magazine and E! Online. The event programme, venues, partners and designer lineup are as published by the event organiser and by Miami Living Magazine, 21 May 2026.
